For years, I have been on a mission to find the perfect scum-sucking bathtub and shower cleaner: one that actually removes hard water stains with ease, that is non abrasive or damaging to my shower, and that has long-lasting results. I have tried every daily spray, scrub powder, stain foam, cleaning cloth, etc. available for shower and bath cleaning. I received a free sample of the product and I am sharing my impartial thoughts with you.

MY EXPERIENCE

I found the worst shower in the house--the kids shower--to test this product. I followed the direction for use and immediately fell in love with the motor action application (also know as the power sprayer). I felt like supermom with a secret weapon as I applied the foam. I allowed the foam to penetrate for several minutes since this was a "tough job." When they said "good ventilation during use is recommended," they weren't lying! I was coughing and could taste chemicals in the back of my throat.

The next step was to wipe with damp sponge. I could see some scum come off but, not as much as I'd expected given the amount of fumes I already inhaled. I proceeded to rinse and clean the remaining scum so I could "test" scrubbing bubbles extend-a-clean based on a clean shower. I re-applied (and turned on the fan ran away). I rinsed then took a picture of the newly cleaned tub. I snapped photos over the next 4 days. After 10 days it was finally time to deep clean again. I found the hard water stains/scum wiped easily compared to my initial attempt with the product.

THE RESULTS

I feel this product meets the claim of extending time between cleaning. I went well past the 4 days claim and the round of scum after second attempt with scrubbing bubbles easily came off. It seems a person would need to start with a clean or cleaner surface to see the best results. There is a daily shower power sprayer available.
