NEW Product: Gluten-Free Chia Seed Flour

Is your Chia Seed Flour to gluten-y? I'm sure this is a wonderful product that would improve my health and extend my life, but I felt really dumb reading the headline. I don't know what Chia Seed Flour is and I'm still trying to figure this whole Gluten thing out. Only because every time I turn around another cracker, bread, or cookie is bragging about not having gluten anymore. Is gluten bad? If so, why in heaven's yang were you putting it in food to begin with!? How did the government FDA (whom loves me and looks out for my best interest) allow this to happen not only to foods and produce, but to clothing materials and anything that is now "organic" that wasn't before?

  1. I just saw all these posts so now I'm bombarding your blog with comments.

I also have no idea what Chia Seed Flour is. I would say it's for Chia Pets but from the picture on the bag, I would assume that I'm incorrect on that assumption.

Apparently there is a growing number of people who are allergic to gluten. I believe that people with Celiac disease can't handle gluten either.

OMG...is McDonald's run by the FDA? I think I may have something there!
