NEW level of of quick and casual eating: Elevation Burger


I'm constantly trying to 'evolve' for lack of a better word. So, when I see companies like Elavation Burger doing the same thing my curiosity is piqued. This restaurant was founded in 2007 so it's still fairly new and still in growth mode. Elevation Burger is more than a restaurant; it is a vision of fresh food that is better for you and better for the environment; it a vision of food that has real flavor; it is a vision of beef that comes from organically raised, grass-fed, free-range cows and fresh-cut french fries cooked in heart-healthy olive-olive; it is a vision for an approach that says "Ingredients Matter."
