“Beautiful Planet” is Macy’s first natural beauty section, an eco-friendly space at select stores. Designed as a shop within a shop, the concept shop was built to celebrate beauty and well-being in the most natural way possible. For the first time, Macy’s will carry well-known natural and organic brands such as Burt’s Bees, CARE by Stella McCartney, Peter Lamas, Pangea Organics, and many more. In addition to having high standards - for the natural and organic brands Macy’s carries, all elements of the shop are created using environmentally sustainable construction methods and materials. From packaging and display fixtures to pamphlets printed on recyclable paper, this shop is truly in touch with Mother Nature. Macy’s Beautiful Planet shops will host special events such as makeovers, facials, and giveaways, as well as seminars and information sessions on organic nutrition and other aspects of well-being.
