by The Oregonian Thursday April 02, 2009, 12:38 AM Team Northwest Tandemonium, a local cycling group, is collecting unwanted children's bicycles from the community. The bicycles will be refurbished and given to needy children during a May 30 Bike Fair at Vose Elementary School. The school is co-sponsoring the bike fair and will hold a contest for kids to enter. Winners will receive a bicycle, lock and helmet fitted by trauma nurses. Other co-sponsors include the Vose Neighborhood Association.
